The Field
The Bow Wow Adventure Playground is a 1 acre area of grassland with a dog secure 1.8 m high fence surrounding the field. Small sectioned stock fencing means even the smallest dogs are safe within the field.
We endeavour to make this the perfect place for your dogs to exercise freely without the interruption of the outside world.
Based on a working farm just outside Bury St Edmunds we know you’ll agree it’s a beautiful spot!
The Field

You have exclusive use of the Adventure Playground during your booking.
The field will not be used in the dark so the closing time will change throughout the year.
This space was designed to help you bond with your dog through trying new things, help them gain confidence and allow them to run free.

Who is it perfect for?
Everyone! We’re not kidding, whether your dog is an escape artist and you need somewhere secure to let them off lead or if you have a highly reactive and sensitive dog, we created this space with all in mind. It was important to us that everyone could use the space safely.

Behind the lockable gate you’ll enter a dog adventure paradise! The Bow Wow Adventure Playground is filled with things like tree trunks, mounds and tunnels, log henge (you’ll know it when you see it), tractor tyres, jumps and more! You name it we’ve got it.
We also have a doggie sensory corner perfect for it your dog needs more a relaxed exploration experience.

Why did I create the Bow Wow Adventure Playground?
Just after starting my dog adventure business I began working 1-2-1 with an incredibly reactive dog. He’s a sweetheart if he knows you but incredibly nervous. The world to him is extremely scary, a car door banging pushes him well over his threshold and he is dog and people aggressive. Walks for his family around his neighbourhood or even further afield were becoming increasingly stressful and tense situations and I thought what if I could create a place for people like them that could not only give their dog an outlet to explore, find confidence and exercise safely but also help his family enjoy time with him outside the home and allow them to experience life with him positively. The idea for the Bow Wow Adventure Playground was born.
This idea grew and I knew that it would be beneficial for not only for reactive, nervous dogs like my clients’ but for EVERY dog! A place that owners can work on recall with their little wanderers, training could take place, hyperactive dogs could whizz around safely or that friends could meet with their beloved fur babies to enjoy each others company. All in a place where they could interact and work with their dogs not only physically but mentally too.
We’ve all been there when our dog won’t come back, they’re hyperactive, bouncy little monkeys who lets be honest kind of embarrass us or if our dogs are reactive to the outside world.
