From Bury St Edmunds

Take the A134 towards Sudbury.

Follow the road for about 3 miles. You'll come into the village of Sicklesmere. Drive through the village, passing The Rushbrooke Arms on the left, the Post Office and General Stores on your right. Immediately after the Post Office, take the right turn signposted Great Whelnetham and follow the road up through the village passing the Community Centre on the left and the Primary School/Church on the right.

Continue past the remaining houses for about 1/2 mile until you reach a right-hand turn to Hawstead and Whepsted. Ignore this road but take the concrete private road opposite. There is a sign for the Bow Wow Adventure Playground.

As this road bears sharp left, you'll see a farmhouse behind the hedge. You're here!

Parking is either in bays 1 and 2 in the woodshed at the back of the barn or on the concrete pad in front of the barn in bays 3 and 4.

If you drive past the barn through some farm gates, you've gone too far!

“We came with our rescue dog who is extremely nervous. Within minutes the calm atmosphere had helped her relax. She loved the sensory corner!”

— Ellen, Joy’s Mum
